MINDFULNESS

Mindfulness is a practice of developing conscious presence. It teaches you to notice your thoughts, emotions, and bodily sensations in the present moment without judgment or interpretation. It trains your ability to direct attention, reduces the impact of intrusive thoughts and cognitive distortions, and helps you stay grounded in the present rather than getting stuck in the past or worrying about the future.

Gentle breathing and body-oriented practices

calm the nervous system,

lower anxiety,

improve concentration,

and gradually shift your response to stress — from automatic reactivity to greater awareness, resilience, and clarity.

As a certified meditation and mindfulness teacher,

trained by a Zen master at the British school Zenways, I integrate the depth of Zen practice with the evidence-based MBSR (Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction) approach.

Zen cultivates a broad, spacious awareness - a way of seeing the whole picture with clarity and steadiness. This wide-focus attention helps the mind remain grounded and open, even in challenging moments.

 

At the same time, scientifically based mindfulness techniques support emotional regulation, reduce stress, anxiety and pain, strengthen the ability to focus with intention.

Over time, the practice naturally integrates into daily life, supporting resilience and inner balance.

MBSR (Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction) is a scientifically based program that helps reduce stress and anxiety, improve sleep and concentration, build emotional resilience, and strengthen the mind–body connection.

Course format:
• 8 sessions, 1.5 hours each (12 hours total)
• meditation practices, breathing and relaxation techniques
• theory + practical tools for everyday life
• weekly home practice to build consistency
• available online or in person
• individual format or small group

Book a free 30-minute online Discovery Session using the link.
After booking, I will send you a short questionnaire that needs to be completed before our meeting.
During the call, we will clarify your request, discuss the format of mindfulness practices and meditation, and determine whether we are a good fit for further work together.

02.

After the introductory session, you can register for the course or choose an individual practice format.
Sessions are held online or in person in Prague, in both individual and group formats.
