MINDFULNESS PRACTICES (MBSR)

Mindfulness is the training of awareness — the ability to be present, direct attention intentionally, and reduce stress.
MBSR (Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction) is a scientifically based 8-week program that develops attention, emotional regulation, and mind-body awareness.

It enhances:

stress management

focus and cognitive flexibility

emotional stability

communication and teamwork

overall wellbeing and performance

The program helps employees manage high demands, performance pressure, and complex interpersonal dynamics. Since poor communication, internal tension, and emotional exhaustion are among the main drivers of staff turnover, MBSR supports a psychologically healthy work environment that increases motivation, loyalty, and productivity.
