COACHING IS A PARTNERSHIP PROCESS THAT HELPS YOU TUNE IN TO YOURSELF, RECOGNIZE OPPORTUNITIES, AND MOVE FORWARD WITH CLARITY AND CONFIDENCE.

We don’t aim to “fix” you — instead, we develop inner clarity, stability, and access to your personal resources. Through a combination of coaching and mindfulness practices, you learn to slow down, reconnect with your inner voice, and act with intention rather than reaction. During the sessions, we focus on uncovering inner resources, breaking through limitations, and implementing new strategies for success so that you can consciously and confidently create the changes you want to see in your life.

Coaching is not a replacement for therapy. We don’t work with past trauma — our focus is on the present and the future. Coaching is an excellent complement to therapy when you’re ready to take real action and create meaningful and create meaningful, embodied change.

Booking conditions

Schedule a free 30-minute online introduction session using the link.
After booking, you will receive  a short questionnaire via email to complete before our call.
During the call, we’ll discuss your request, explore possible formats of collaboration, and determine whether we’re the right fit to work together.

02.

If we decide to begin, you’ll have the option to book a single session or choose a package.
Most sessions take place online via video call, with in-person sessions available in Prague upon request.
